Most notably, the bill requires images of all scanned paper ballots to be posted by 5 p.m. on the second Friday after the election. The bill requires ballots to be printed on security paper and contain a watermark. The bill requires post-election audits to ensure there is no more than an 8% chance the wrong winner was declared. That percentage decreases to 6% in 2026 and 5% in 2028. Support is the Limited Government Position.

Strengthening Election Integrity by Requiring Digital Images of Ballots and Higher Certainty in Post-Election Audits.

This bill contains several provisions designed to strengthen election integrity. If the director is not a physician, they are required to appoint a physician as Chief Medical Officer. If the director is a physician though, the director may also be the Chief Medical Officer.
